Voucher Use Policy

At Balivora, we occasionally offer vouchers, travel credits, promotional offers, and gift experiences as part of our guest appreciation and special programs.

To ensure fairness and clarity, the following Voucher Use Policy applies.

1. Voucher Eligibility

Balivora vouchers may be issued as:

• Promotional offers,
• Travel credits,
• Compensation vouchers,
• Gift vouchers,
• Loyalty or returning guest rewards,
• Special campaign offers.

Voucher availability may vary depending on the service, season, or promotional period.

2. Validity Period

Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are valid only within the period specified at the time of issue.

Expired vouchers may no longer be redeemed, extended, or exchanged.

Any exception remains solely at Balivora’s discretion.

3. Voucher Redemption

Vouchers must be applied at the time of booking and are subject to:

• Service availability,
• Blackout dates,
• Seasonal pricing,
• Operational limitations.

Guests are encouraged to mention the voucher code before payment confirmation.

Retroactive application after booking confirmation may not be possible.

4. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

Unless otherwise stated:

• Vouchers are non-refundable,
• Not redeemable for cash,
• Not exchangeable for monetary value,
• Not transferable to another person.

Balivora reserves the right to verify voucher ownership when necessary.

5. One Voucher Per Booking

Only one voucher or promotional code may be used per booking unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Multiple promotions generally cannot be combined.

6. Exclusions

Some experiences may be excluded from voucher use, including but not limited to:

• Third-party activities,
• Discounted packages,
• Peak season services,
• Special event bookings,
• Custom or private arrangements.

Certain suppliers may apply their own restrictions.

7. Cancellation & Voucher Reinstatement

If a booking made using a voucher is cancelled:

• Reinstatement of the voucher may depend on the applicable cancellation policy,
• Expired vouchers may not be reissued,
• Third-party activity bookings may not qualify for voucher reinstatement.

Balivora will always make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

8. Fraud Prevention

Balivora reserves the right to cancel, reject, or suspend voucher use in cases involving:

• Fraudulent activity,
• Unauthorized duplication,
• Abuse of promotions,
• Misuse inconsistent with the intended purpose.

9. Changes to Voucher Programs

Balivora may modify, pause, or discontinue voucher programs at any time without prior notice, while honoring valid confirmed bookings.
